photo Meredith Snyder

Meredith Snyder grew on a farm in the middle of rural Ohio in a very musical home. She began piano lessons at 4 years old and continued as a student of piano, guitar, and voice through her school years until she was accepted into Berklee College of Music on scholarship for talent and writing. After studying at Berklee, Meredith remained an integral part of the music community in Boston as she performed her original music regularly in her own rock band, taught private music lessons and ran a local open mic night right next to Berklee. Meredith began teaching Music Together in Boston with Groovy Baby Music in 2014 where she quickly became a very beloved teacher and member of the team. Come fall of 2018, Meredith relocated to sunny California to pursue her career as a writer and continue her career as a Music Together teacher. Meredith has a sincere passion for working with children and families and building communities around a common love for music.
